Non-Refundable Items:

  • All Wig Purchases: Due to hygiene and customisation, all wigs are FINAL SALE and non-refundable. This includes ready-to-ship wigs, custom wigs, and pre-ordered units.
  • Worn or Altered Wigs: Wigs that have been worn, styled, cut, or altered in any way (including lace cutting, bleaching, or coloring) cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns (If Applicable): We only offer returns or replacements in the following rare cases:

  • Defective or Incorrect Item: If you receive a detective or incorrect wig, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. If deemed a valid claim, we may offer an exchange or store credit or refund

Exchanges 

We do not offer exchanges. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and confirm all order details before placing an order.

Additional Terms:

  • We are not responsible for wigs damaged due to improper care, handling, or third-party alterations.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
